What is the Women’s Five?
The Women’s Five is more than just a run. It’s a journey of fitness, health and inspiration that ends in a 5km run.
When signing up you can choose to just do the 5km run or the aditional 5 week health and fitness program before the run to help you prepare, ending in an event where all participants join together to celebrate their strength and weeks of training.
Our goal for this event is for it to be an agent of change in your life, encouraging the little steps that get you to the top, whatever that may be for you.
