It’s March already!
If you’re not the only one who thinks time is flying by…and are having trouble keeping up, here are a few questions to make sure your year is in check!
Start by picking 2 major goals you would like to achieve this year.
1 for Mid way through and 1 for end of year.
Write down a list of the things you need to do to make these things happen. This can be a short or long list.
Next, Sort them in order, and look at the top 3 things for each one (the 3 first steps of your ‘to do’)
Now – Make these 3 things a MUST DO over the next 2 weeks. Must do examples are on the same page as, eating, drinking, looking before you cross the road etc.
What will happen if you are serious about them is, by changing these into a top priority you will be forced to rearrange your plans and habits, and you will start to gain traction on them. Even if you think you might have trouble following through and sticking with it – try hard and see what happens as an experiment if you actually do it.. dare yourself to try! …even for a few months.
Lastly, take 5 mins. Really think about your goals. Visualize them and imagine the feeling of when they are achieved – how you feel, what you look like, how different your life is.
Write down your goal and read it to yourself every morning.
