1) The ‘full program’ – Join the W5 community of women who will take part in a 5-week health and fitness program before the run which helps you connect and socialize with other like minded women, and prepare for the 5km run where all participants join together to celebrate their strength and weeks of training. *Full 5 week program entry will close on
