5 Week Fitness Program Information: 

*It is not mandatory to attend all the sessions – you can go to any you like. Below is the 5 week plan and information – emails, workout videos, training plans and more. The running meetups will be on Bowen Road and in Aberdeen Country Park, the fitness sessions (yoga hiit, movement & strength) will be in Tamar park or Sun Yat Sen. 5 Week Fitness Programme Information - (click here to expand/collapse)

Week 1 – HIIT Week

  • Tribe members (that’s you) will receive an email with a HIIT video fitness routine from our trainer Samantha Morphy to follow during the week at home. You will get a 5 week – 5 & 10K online running program for beginners and advanced runners to follow in your own time.
  • Ambassadors corner: Our community ambassadors share their insights and tips into health, fitness and more.
  • Weekend Group Training: We will have 2 meet-ups – one HIIT class and one running training session. The run training will be split into separate 5 & 10K

Week 2 – Strength and Movement Week

  • Tribe members will get an email with an online workout video from our trainer Stephanie Cuvelier to help increase your mobility to follow during the week.
  • Ambassadors corner: Our community ambassadors share their insights and tips into health fitness and more.
  • Weekend Group Training: We will have 2 meet-ups. One mobility and strength class and one running training session. The run training will be split into separate 5 & 10K

Week 3 – Mindfulness Week

  • You will get an online booklet to print out which covers: Intro to mindfulness, why it’s important, how to become more mindful in everyday life.
  • Ambassadors corner: Our community ambassadors share their insights and tips into health, fitness and more.
  • Weekend Group Training: We will have 2 meet-ups.  Seeing as it’s mindfulness week we have extended mindful yoga class with our trainer Alexa Massingham. And one running training session. The run training will be split into separate 5 & 10K

Week 4 – Meditation Week

  • You will get an email with an online booklet that covers: Intro to meditation, different types, benefits and misconceptions and more. We will then dive into 2 types of meditation, with specific examples and exercises for you to work on during the week. We have also partnered with Enhale – HK’s best meditation studio.
  • Ambassadors corner: Our community ambassadors share their insights and tips into health fitness and more.
  • Weekend Group Training: We will have 2 meet-ups, one running training session where we will do the course recce and 2 private group meditation session at Enhale, *The 2 session at enhale will be limited to 30 people each – which aligns with expected numbers. The run meetup will also be a course recce + race day tips so you are familiar with the route on race day

Week 5 – Race Week! – We will have one yoga class Held by the Yoga Room on Monday evening and leave the rest of the week for you to wind down and get ready!
