5 Week Fitness Programme Information:

 A comprehensive program to help build or maintain your fitness – During the 5 weeks we will be doing: Running, Yoga, HIIT, Meditation and Mindfulness. This will be done through a series of fitness meet-ups on the weekends and also online resources from the W5 team.
