Event information:

Format: 3 live classes + recordings (1h each) + 30min Q&A one week after (follow-up)

Times: 28th, 29th, 30th Each class will be from 12:30 – 1:30pm. The 30min follow up Q&A class will be on the 6th September 12:30 – 1pm

Video recording – All participants will get a recording of the video after so don’t worry if you can’t make it

This 3-day program will help you release mental and emotional blocks, gain better clarity & focus, reclaim self-confidence and courage as an athlete both on the trails and in your daily life.

If you feel stuck and demoralized by the external events, performing on a low battery and feeling anxious – it’s time to get rid of all the mental clutter and get back to your best version!

In these 3 sessions, led by breath work instructor Aigul Safiullina, you will deep dive into our custom made breath work programme, and reach new levels with the power of your own breath. Did you know that our breath is directly connected to each and every function in our body! The way we breathe affects our endocrine, digestive, nervous, and immune system to name a few! So if you want to sleep well, move efficiently, have a good appetite and elevate your mood – breath work training is here to help!
