The Women’s Five event is more than just a run. Our hope is that it will become an agent of change that will help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be. Join our run and 5-week fitness community and workout with likeminded women who strive for more.

5 Week Fitness Programme Information:

 A comprehensive program to help build or maintain your fitness – During the 5 weeks we will be doing: Running, Yoga, HIIT, Meditation and Mindfulness. This will be done through a series of fitness meet-ups on the weekends and also online resources from the W5 team.
