Hi I’m silky also known as My Yoga Trail ( I’m a coach yoga instructor and athlete representing several sports and nutrition brands. Most likely you find me outdoors in nature or in my tiny Hong Kong kitchen – cooking and baking healthy plant-based dishes. One of my sportive goals for 2018 is to participate in a 70.3 ironman

Favourite place to work out in Hong Kong ?

I love being outdoors, running on trails (my favourite is the Maclehose) and doing strength work and yoga at Tamar Park. My favourite indoor workout place is Torque cycle. This lovely boutique studio does not only offer very spinning classes but also circuit training and release classes. I think that cycling is a great way of low-impact cross training that even makes you a stronger runner.

What is your spirit animal and why?

Horse! Wild, free, adventurous and independent yet loving company

How do you start your day?

1) After waking up I’m having a big glass of lukewarm water with 1 tablespoon of unfiltered apple cider vinegar.

2) 20 minutes of morning yoga.

3) Breakfast > a big smoothie bowl with a bunch of spinach, banana, pineapple dates, berries and chia seeds.
