Sweat with the tribe in January and February 2020!

Everyone keeps asking us – what do I do after the W5 run?

We are setting this up as a way for people to connect and stay fit and friendly in between our 2 runs. Join us each weekend in Jan and Feb where you can stay fit, try new things and keep in touch with good friends

 

How does it work?

 

There are a total of 14 meet-ups.  You can choose:

You can join our 8 class pass, or our 12 class pass (which gives you an extra 2 meet-ups for free).

Why we love it?

 

 

You get to choose the meet-ups you want to go to!

Whichever pack you choose, you can select any of the classes available over the 2 months. We have a simple check in system at the start of each session that will act as a virtual punch card to keep track of the classes you attend. Easy!

4th January. 9am-10:30am

Running with David

Location: Bowen Road

Join us for a fun run! This run will be a nice and easy one to get back into your stride after xmas!

We will run as a group. covering about 3 to 5K.

5th January. 9am-10:30am

Running with Charlotte

Location: Aberdeen Country Park. (Meeting Stubbs Road playground)

An easy trail run in the beautiful Country Park. We will run as one group. We will cover a ‘out and back’ route that is a great introduction to trail running if you have never tried it. Bag drop available.

11th January. 9am-10:30am

Running with Tanya and Charlotte.

Location: Tai Tam Country Park (finishing in Repulse Bay)

2 different groups covering 6.2km and 7.7km. This route will be mostly road but also one or two amazing sections of Trail Running. Through the jungle trail and down to the reservoir and back up again. Fly together!

Finishing in Repulse Bay (bags will be transported there) for a coffee or brunch.

Running with David and Lyndsey

Location: Lamma Island.

Get out of the city and explore somewhere new! We will run as one group.

HIIT with Stephanie.

Location: Tamar Park

A chance to sweat with the tribe. Join our HIIT (high intensity interval workout) class to get a full body workout in that will leave you feeling tired but invigorated. Held outdoors in front of the stunning backdrop of Hong Kong.

We will work hard, and get a solid run session in. Get ready to sweat for this one!

Hiking

Location: Lamma Island

Hiking + Breathwork class with Aigul 

Hiking with David and Aigul

An easy hike to catch up with friends. Meeting at the peak, going up to wonderful views at high west and finishing in the Peak Gardens for a breathwork class held by Aigul.

A nice easy enjoyable Hike along the catchwater, onto some exciting trail and down to repulse bay for Brunch/ Coffee.

Terms and Conditions

T&C.

Ages – Minimum age is 12…so mums please join with your daughters! (minors must be accompanied by an adult for each meet-up). 

We reserve the right to cancel the sessions if we we are under subscribed. If so you will get your money refunded.

Payment. Places will only be secured once we have received your application form and payment. Registration and payment can be made anytime subject to the amount of classes left or what you would like to join. There will not be a ‘per single meet-up price’.

Refunds. Refunds will not be given in the absence of attendance. All decisions regarding refund requests will be at the discretion of the organiser

All classes are outdoors and are subject to weather conditions

Locations may change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as far in advance as possible if it happens.

Communications with everyone will be primarily on a dedicated whatsapp group
