This week we are building overall fitness with a focus on HIIT (high intensity interval training) with Sohee Kim.
Sohee is a certified personal trainer and has a plethora of other certifications in the field; including but not limited to TRX, Triggerpoint, Kettlebell, and RRCA. She currently is a freelance personal trainer and teaches group classes at multiple studios. Her classes are not like your typical conventional workouts, she makes sure you are having fun and breaking a sweat while doing it.

Sunday October 11th - RUNNING - 9-10am (click to expand and get details)
RUNNING on Bowen Road
Location: Fairlane Tower, no 6 Bowen Road
Time: 9am – 10am (please arrive around 5 mins early if possible)
5K group 1: 3 min run, 2 min walk x 4
5K group 2: 500m hard, 500m easy x 6
10K group: 500m hard, 500m easy x 6
For Running – (Bring only what you will run in, there will be nowhere to leave a bag on Bowen road). The run will start and finish in the same place.
What do you need to bring?
1) only what you will run in
2) water bottle with water (around 500ml)
3) sun protection (wear suncream/ have a hat)
Please wear a mask when you arrive, you can remove it once we split into groups and start
How to get there? 1) Take a taxi to the above address, or 2) go from the HK park sports centre and walk up from there.
