This week we are building on our yoga with The Yoga Room – taught by Katherine

With a focus on small classes and high quality, personalized instruction, the teachers of The Yoga Room radiate with warmth and knowledge from their extensive and diverse training.

*After the yoga class, in cafe 8* – In collaboration with our sponsor Flo Jewellery, we are organising this bonus session for our 5-week program participants to learn about Chakras and how they affect our physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. We hope it can provide you with some insights into where you are and where you might want to do things differently in your life. Flora will share tips on balancing the Chakras as well.
