Sunday 1st November - RUNNING. Course Recce - 9am - 11am

We will be doing a course recce! Running the route for next week’s run to get familiar with it and learning some race day tips and tricks.
*There will be a van available to leave your bags in while we are running.

Time: Starting at 9am (please arrive a few mins early) – 5K groups about 1 hour. 10K group up to 2 hours depending on speed.

What to bring: Please wear a mask when you arrive, you can remove it once we start in small groups. Running gear, min 1L water, .
