Race Information

 

Race Distance: 5K, 10K

Start time: 10km – 8am. 5km – 8:10am

Categories: Individual or Team of 2 (run and finish together)

Checkpoint food / water:

5K – No checkpoints. – Bring your full water bottle or bladder to run with. (there is no water at the start)

10K – One checkpoint at 4km (as map below) : with water and bananas

Runners MUST bring their own water bottle or bladder to fill up. There will be carboys to fill from, but nothing to take away from the checkpoint.

Race day schedule:

7am – 8am: Late Bib & Race Pack Collection
(for those who couldn’t collect in central or those who signed up after 18th NOV)
7:40 – 7:45am – Group warm up with Stephanie
7:50am – Welcome/ Run Brief
8:00am – Run Start (10km)
8:10am – Run Start (5km)
9:20 approx – Prize presentation (5K)
9:45 – Prize presentation (10K)
