Checkpoint food / water:

5K – No checkpoints.

10K – One checkpoint at 3.8km (as map below)

There will be water refill and bananas at CP 1 on the 10K course. Runners MUST bring their own water bottle or bladder to fill up. There will be carboys to fill from, but nothing to take away from the checkpoint.

Route: The run starts and finishes in Aberdeen Country Park BBQ site. It is 60% road and 40% trail.

5K Route:
